You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Services and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.
We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, (1) to edit, redact, or otherwise change any Contributions; (2) to re-categorize any Contributions to place them in more appropriate locations on the Services; and (3) to pre-screen or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to monitor your Contributions.

17.Order and Sales
17.1. Orders are considered binding only after verification and confirmation by EndeMine.
17.2. Any information regarding our products on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a legally binding offer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, even after they have been confirmed, if products are unavailable, there are errors in pricing or product descriptions, or for any other reason.
17.3. There is no return option for our ASIC hardware as they are specialized hardware products. All sales are final.
17.4 Warranty terms for our products vary depending on the type of product and whether it is new or refurbished.
17.5 EndeMine shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our products unless they result from gross negligence or intent on our part.
17.6 We do not accept responsibility for damages caused by improper handling, modification, or repair of our products by the customer.
